In the prestigious setting of the DoubleTree by Hilton in Glasgow, Crolla’s Italian Kitchen was awarded the ITA0039 AWARD, the recognition given by ASACERT.

The award – delivered by Alba Capaccioli, Head of General and Corporate affairs of Asacert – an emblem of authenticity and quality, celebrates excellence in Italian cuisine abroad and represents a unique opportunity for the winners: Crolla’s Italian Kitchen will have free access to the entire ITA0039 certification process, entering the exclusive network of restaurants certified by ASACERT. The process will officially certify the restaurant as an authentic place where customers can enjoy a true 100% Italian Taste experience, through the use of certified Made in Italy products, carefully selected directly from Italian producers.

Crolla’s Italian Kitchen, Heart of Italy in Musselburgh is led by Joe Crolla, along with manager Giuseppe Amato and chef Adriano Amato. The restaurant is a living tribute to Italian tradition, combining passion and Italian-style hospitality to offer authentic cuisine that tells the story of the flavors and culture of the Roman province of Atina, the Crolla family’s place of origin.

Durante la serata è stato presentato in anteprima il nuovo video istituzionale di ITA0039 by ASACERT che ha aperto il momento della consegna dell’Award davanti ad una platea di più di 500 ospiti.
