The protocol ITA0039 | 100% Italian Taste Certification was born from ASACERT desire to give its contribution to defend, promote and enhance the true Italian spirit abroad, in the catering and food and wine distribution sectors.

ITALIAN TASTE

On 27 September 2019, at the Coldiretti Village in Bologna, ASACERT signed an agreement with Coldiretti and with the support of FAI-Filiera Agricola Italiana ANRA and IFSE, to achieve the joint goal of protecting sustainability, safety and quality of Italian food and wine production and to defend and promote the authentic Made in Italy in the world.

 

The certification evolves from an instrument of recognition and authenticity - the only one issued by an accredited professional body after a transparent and effective process - and becomes a real virtuous network, dedicated to the enhancement and dissemination of the Italian food and wine product in the world.

TARGETS

➜ Certify 100% Italian restaurants in the world

 

➜ Contrast the phenomenon of Italian Sounding and enhance the true Italian product in the world

 

➜ Create a virtuous network for producers and restaurateurs who want to promote the use of 100% Made in Italy products

 

➜ Making available to consumers the ITA0039 app which, among other features such as booking services, discounts and promos, is able to recognize real Italian food products all over the world

 

➜ Create the first Observatory against Fake Food
